Our team arrives early to assemble the booth, calibrate lighting and cameras, test props and backdrops, and run a full trial of printing or digital delivery so there are no surprises once guests arrive. If your venue has limited access or strict load-in times, please let us know—early access helps us stay on schedule. For weddings longer than four hours or multi-location events, we may request additional setup or break-down time. We’ll coordinate with your planner or venue contact to make the process seamless so you can focus on celebrating.
