We set up before you start
Our attendant arrives 45-60 minutes early, assembles the LED platform and camera arm, tests every angle and sets your custom overlay. Setup and teardown happen outside your rental hours, so you never pay for them.

Space
About 10 x 10 ft of clear floor with ~8 ft ceiling height. The platform is roughly 3 ft across; the rest is spin clearance and queue room. We can work with 8 x 8 ft if space is tight.
Power
One standard 120V outlet within about 25 feet. We bring our own extension cords, power bar and everything else the booth needs.
Surface
A flat, stable, dry surface — ballroom floor, hardwood, concrete or carpet all work. We can't set up on grass, gravel or uneven ground without a solid platform.
Indoor or outdoor
Outdoor events are welcome as long as there's overhead cover (tent, canopy or pavilion) to protect the electronics from sun and rain.
Setup time
45-60 minutes before your start time, plus 30 minutes to tear down. Both happen outside your paid rental hours.
Access
Ground-level access or elevator access to the setup room, and a parking spot for unloading. Let us know about stairs or loading-dock rules in advance.

How much space does a 360 photo booth need?
We need roughly 10 x 10 feet of clear floor space with about 8 feet of ceiling height — that gives the camera arm room to spin safely and leaves space for guests to queue. The platform itself is about 3 feet across. In a pinch we can work with 8 x 8 feet, and we'll always confirm the footprint with your venue before the event.
How do guests receive their 360 videos?
Instantly, right at the booth. Guests get their slow-motion clip within seconds by text message, email, QR code or AirDrop — no app to download and no waiting. Everything is also collected in a private online gallery you receive after the event, so you can download every video in full resolution.
Can the 360 videos be branded with our logo or names?
Yes — every video carries your custom overlay. For weddings that's usually your names and date; for corporate events it's your logo and campaign lockup. You also choose the music track and we can add a branded start screen, so each clip guests post to Instagram or TikTok carries your branding with it.
Can the 360 booth be used outdoors?
Yes, with a few conditions. We need a flat, stable, dry surface and overhead cover — a tent, canopy or pavilion — to protect the electronics from sun and rain, plus access to power. We can't set up on grass, gravel or an uneven patio without a solid platform underneath. Tell us the setup spot when you book and we'll confirm it works.
How long does setup take and what power do you need?
Setup takes about 45-60 minutes and teardown about 30, both handled entirely by our attendant outside your rental hours — your paid time is all booth time. We need one standard 120V household outlet within roughly 25 feet of the booth. That's it; we bring everything else including lighting, props and extension cords.
Is an on-site attendant included?
Always. A professional GTABOOTH360 attendant stays for your entire rental to run the booth, help guests on and off the platform, manage the queue, handle sharing and troubleshoot anything on the spot. You never have to assign a staff member or family member to babysit the booth.
Is the 360 booth good for slow-motion and red carpet videos?

What is the difference between a 360 video booth and a regular photo booth?
A regular photo booth produces still photos and prints guests take home. A 360 video booth produces a short cinematic video instead — guests stand on a platform while the camera orbits them in slow motion, creating the clip that spreads on social media. How far in advance should we book a 360 photo booth in Toronto?
For Saturday dates from May through October and anywhere in December, book 3 to 6 months ahead — those dates go first across the GTA. For weekday corporate events and off-season dates, 2 to 4 weeks is usually comfortable. We do sometimes have short-notice availability, so it's always worth asking. A $200 deposit holds your date and is fully refundable if you cancel 30 or more days before the event.
