How much does photo booth rental cost across the GTA?
Pricing is the same wherever your event is in the GTA — a Classic/DSLR photo booth starts at $620, a 360 video booth from $500 for a 3-hour rental, and the Magic Mirror is quoted per event so we can match it to your space and package. Combo rentals that pair two booths start at $950. Every price is all-inclusive: delivery, setup, teardown, an on-site attendant, unlimited sessions and a digital gallery, with no hidden fees.
Do you deliver to every city in the Greater Toronto Area?
Yes. GTABOOTH360 delivers, sets up and staffs booths across the entire GTA — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Ajax and Pickering, plus all of Durham, Peel and York Region. A small travel fee only applies to venues more than 30 km outside Toronto, and we always quote it upfront so there are no surprises on event day.
Which booth is best for a wedding versus a corporate event in the GTA?
For GTA weddings, couples usually love the Magic Mirror for elegant full-length glam prints or the Classic booth for a guest-book of instant photos, while the 360 booth keeps the dance floor buzzing. For corporate events and brand activations, the 360 video booth wins on shareable, logo-branded content, and the Classic booth delivers branded prints for every attendee. Not sure? How far in advance should I book a photo booth in the GTA?
For popular Saturday dates from May through October, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead, since summer weekends across the GTA fill up fast. That said, we often have short-notice availability, so it's always worth asking — a $200 deposit holds your date and is fully refundable if you cancel 30 or more days before your event.
Do you serve all of Durham, Peel and York Region?
Absolutely. Based in Durham Region, we cover all of Durham (Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa), all of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon) and all of York (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and beyond), along with the City of Toronto. If your GTA venue isn't listed, just ask — we almost certainly cover it.
