How much does photo booth rental cost across the GTA?
Pricing is the same wherever your event is in the GTA — a Mirror Booth starts at $550 for 2 hours, a 360 video booth from $550 for a 3-hour rental, and the Magic Mirror from $800 for 2 hours so we can match it to your space and package. Combo rentals that pair two booths start at $850. Every price is all-inclusive: delivery, setup, teardown, an on-site attendant, unlimited sessions and a digital gallery, with no hidden fees.
Do you deliver to every city in the Greater Toronto Area?
Yes. GTABOOTH360 delivers, sets up and staffs booths across the entire GTA — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Ajax and Pickering, plus all of Durham, Peel and York Region. There is no travel fee anywhere in the GTA. For venues outside the GTA we quote the travel fee upfront, so there are no surprises on event day.
Which booth is best for a wedding versus a corporate event in the GTA?
For GTA weddings, couples usually love the Magic Mirror for elegant full-length glam prints or the Mirror Booth for unlimited instant prints, while the 360 booth keeps the dance floor buzzing. For corporate events and brand activations, the 360 video booth wins on shareable, logo-branded content, and the Mirror Booth delivers branded prints for every attendee. Not sure? How far in advance should I book a photo booth in the GTA?
For wedding Saturdays from May through October we recommend booking 6 to 8 months ahead, since those dates go first across the GTA. Other private events are usually comfortable at 3 to 6 weeks, corporate events at 2 to 4 weeks, and December holiday parties at 6 to 8 weeks. That said, we often have short-notice availability, so it's always worth asking — a 30% deposit holds your date. The deposit is non-refundable, so we only ask for it once you're sure of your date.
Do you serve all of Durham, Peel and York Region?
Absolutely. Based in Durham Region, we cover all of Durham (Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa), all of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon) and all of York (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and beyond), along with the City of Toronto. If your GTA venue isn't listed, just ask — we almost certainly cover it.
