How much does a corporate photo booth rental cost in Toronto?+
Corporate rentals start from $550 for the Mirror Booth (2 hours) or 360 Video Booth (3 hours), and $800 for the flagship Magic Mirror (2 hours). Add-ons include the Selfie Booth ($400 flat, full day) and the Audio & Video Phone Booth (from $300, 2-hour minimum). Full branding (wrap, overlay, start screen) and the AI brand-theme add-on are quoted per activation — most corporate packages land between $800 and $3,000 depending on hours, branding depth and number of activation days. Multi-day and multi-booth discounts available.
Can the photo booth be fully branded with our company logo?+
Yes — that's our specialty. Your logo goes on every printed and digital photo via custom overlays, the touchscreen start screen carries your campaign visuals, and we offer booth wraps and step-and-repeat backdrops in your brand colours. For AI activations we build custom AI themes around your brand world.
Do you offer lead capture for corporate activations?+
Yes. Digital delivery by email or SMS doubles as consent-based data capture. After the event you receive the opt-in list along with the full gallery and share statistics — ideal for activation ROI reporting.
Are you insured? Our venue requires a COI.+
Fully insured, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue or property manager on request. We're a registered business with 7+ years of corporate event experience, trusted by Google, Tesla, TD, KPMG, RBC and CIBC.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event date?+
For December holiday parties, book 6-8 weeks ahead — those dates sell out first. For conferences, galas and activations in other months, 2-4 weeks is usually comfortable, and we can often accommodate shorter timelines. Custom AI theme packs need about one week of design lead time.
