Terms & Booking Policy
These are the terms that apply to every GTABOOTH360 booking. They match the agreement you sign when you book, so there are no surprises later. If anything here is unclear, call or text (647) 893-7649 before you book and we will explain it.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total is due upon signing. Payment by card, e-transfer, or cash.
Balance
The remaining 70% is due 1 day before the event. If paid by cash, it is collected before the booth starts on the event date.
Service Period
If the Provider cannot supply a working booth for at least 80% of the service period, the Client is refunded a prorated amount for service not received.
Extended Service
Time beyond the agreed end by more than 10 minutes incurs CAD $40 per additional 10 minutes. On-site extensions are $100 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
Access, Space & Power
The Client provides an 8'x8' space, 7.5' ceiling clearance, a 6ft table, and one standard electrical outlet within 10ft of the booth.
Date Changes & Cancellations
Date changes require written notice at least 2 weeks prior, subject to availability. Cancellations under 60 days prior forfeit payments received.
Media Usage
Unless the Client opts out in writing, the Client agrees to allow GTABOOTH360 to use images/recordings captured for advertising purposes.
Applicable Law
This contract is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Federal law of Canada.
Prices and HST
All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST. 13% HST is added to every invoice. Our HST number is 740307756RT0001.
Travel
There is no travel fee anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa. For venues outside the GTA a travel fee applies and is always quoted upfront before you book.
What is included
Every booking includes delivery, setup, teardown and a professional attendant on site for the full booking period, unlimited sessions, a custom print or digital overlay and your full online gallery. Setup takes about 60 minutes before your start time and teardown about 30 minutes after.
Free and charity bookings
GTABOOTH360 does not offer free, volunteer or complimentary bookings, including for charity and non-profit events.
Offers
Promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked with one another or with package discounts unless we state otherwise in writing.
