Who we are
GTABOOTH360 (Gtabooth360 Inc.) rents photo booths for events across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Our address is 36 Salem Rd S, Ajax, ON L1S 0E7. You can reach us at (647) 893-7649 or info@gtabooth360.com.
What we collect from you
When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count and the services you are interested in. If you book, we also hold your booking agreement and a record of payments.
We do not store full credit card numbers. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and cash and e-transfer payments are recorded as amounts only.
What the booth collects at your event
The booth captures photos and videos of guests who choose to use it. Guests may optionally enter a phone number or email address so the booth can send them their own photo. Those contact details are used to deliver that photo and are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Your event gallery is hosted at an unlisted link that only you and the people you share it with can reach. We do not publish it in search results.
Using photos in our marketing
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may use images captured at your event to promote GTABOOTH360, for example on our website or social media. If you would rather we did not, say so at any time — before or after your event — and we will not use them, and will remove any already published.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: a CRM for enquiries and bookings, Stripe for card payments, email and SMS providers to reach you, and hosting and analytics for this website. They only receive what they need to provide that service.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking and payment records are kept as long as Canadian tax and business record-keeping rules require. Event galleries are kept online for at least twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing messages at any time. Email info@gtabooth360.com or call (647) 893-7649 and we will action it.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
