Do you charge for delivery, setup, or travel?

Delivery, setup, and teardown are included everywhere we go, and there are no travel fees within 30 km of downtown Toronto. Beyond that radius a travel fee applies based on distance, and we always quote it upfront rather than adding it later.

Setup takes about 45 to 60 minutes and teardown about 30, both outside your booked hours. We cover Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, and out through Durham Region — Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa — from our home base in Ajax. If your venue has a strict load-in window (downtown hotels and King West lofts are the usual culprits), tell us when you book and we'll plan around it. What does the deposit cover, and when is the balance due?

A $200 deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancel 30 or more days out and the deposit is fully refunded; inside 30 days it's forfeited.

The deposit is applied to your total, not charged on top of it. Rescheduling is handled in writing at least 20 days ahead and depends on availability. The reason to book early isn't the deposit terms though — it's that peak Saturdays from May through October, and the entire December corporate stretch, fill months out.
